将主题用设计语言转化为[in or out]，同时创造出[灵感咩]、[吸睛珠]、[不思议哥]、[多面受]，分别暗喻4A公司架构里创作团队成员，将他们所扮演的团队角色化为新时代下古怪精灵的多技能小怪兽，凸显这样的时代下需要更富创造力的广告创意人。
They are "Inspiration Sheep","Contagious Piggie"," Incredible Birdie"," Versatile Beast". Each of them is the metaphor of certain kind of people in a creative team of a 4A advertising company .Picturing them as creative and special monsters, we want to show that we are in dire need of more creative talents in adversity industry.

The world is a bio game with continuous fission.The DNA is changing its frame, only the fit survive.Advertisement won't be as simple as a push and go, it is now evolving.
